Styled as a coupé interpretation of its Countryman model, MINI has revealed details of its Paceman model. Available in five versions from launch, Paceman becomes the seventh model in the range, following the Hatch, Clubman, Convertible, Countryman, Coupé and Roadster.
Customers will have range of powertrain options. There is a 122bhp version of the company’s 1.6-litre petrol engine which returns fuel economy of 47.1mpg, and emits 140g/km. The MINI Cooper S Paceman variant uses the same engine, tuned to deliver 184bhp.
For those looking for a diesel, the Cooper D Paceman is powered by a 1.6-litre 112bhp turbocharged engine, which offered combined fuel economy of 64.2mpg.
MINI has confirmed that the Paceman range starts at £18,970 on the road.
